In last 10 years Lions medical helpline has provided help, treatments and support to almost more than 1,15,000 patients
Lions medical helpline provides emergency ambulance service for need based patients
Dr Hemant Agarwal is involved in social activies through Lions Club Internationals
He is member of Lions club of Lonavala – Khandala since last 20 year
He was president in 2002-2003
He was zone chairman in 2013-2014
Now he is region chairman of Lions club Internationls dist 3234D2 where managing 17 club of lions club
He was secretary of IMA Lonavala for 3 years

He has brought plant cell therapy in India in 2015 and treated almost 38,000 patients in last 3 years like Cancer, Kidney failure, Asthama, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Diabetes wound, skin disease. Almost 10,000 patients would save their lives due to this therapy
He Received many awards for this projects :
1. Sadbhavana Award through Subhash Chandra – Director of Zee TV.
2. International award in Malaysia in 2015 Dec And Jan 2017 for best innovation.
3. He represented India for Innovation awards in Jan 2017 in Malaysia where 25 countries participated and India received 3rd award.
4. He received best cabinet officer award in 2017 for his project of Innovation in medical science in Lions Club International
In 2017-2018 he was appointed as district chairman blood donation camp where he collected 13,500 bottles in one year and gave free accidental insurance of 1 lakh to each donor. He received 5 star cabinet award for this project and award in multiple district 3234D2
